3.  Basic Function:

Interface with Customer and all T.J Supervisors on technical requirement of inspection contacts,  ensure technical requirements for inspection Services can  be meet and maintained, advise on test and measuring equipment to all T. J Auto sites including ISO Partner in China. Advise President and AGM on inspection technical requirements.

4. Primary responsibilities:

Advise and counsel T. J Personnel at Management and shop floor level on inspection service requirements. Interface with Customers and ISO 9001 partner in China on technical problems to seek a resolution. Trouble shoot process that cannot meet yield requirements and find resolution with aid of relevant T. J Automotive Supervisor ensuring Customer is kept informed. Review data from T, J Auto to Customer from all T. J Auto sites including China and ensure it meets Customer requirements and is broadcast in a timely manner. Interview key technical personnel and advise AGM and President on suitability.

5.  Educational Experience:

Sound Technical background in high volume manufacturing environment with 5 years’ experience in management position in manufacturing, quality, or engineering. Certified Engineering technologist qualification in Mechanical Engineering preferred or equivalent.

5.1.  Essential incumbent has excellent English and Chinese skills in Mandarin and Cantonese both oral and written.

5.2  Sound computer skills with understanding of Microsoft office programs and basic knowledge of SPC, especially charts.

5.3   Ability to work with team and train personnel.

5.4  Ability to work to established T. J Automotive and Customer approved procedures. Oral and written.

6.  Additional requirements when required by contract.

6.1   Must pass required police and/or drug testing.

6.2   Must meet all Customer health and safety requirement.

6.3. Clean driving license and passport and ability to travel when required.



7.  Performance measured by:

7.1   Ability to handle workload in time established by T. J Automotive.

7.2   Accuracy of data and presentation of reports.

7.3  Ability to work under own initiative and negotiate with Customers under pressure.

           7.4. Ability to work with others in a team spirt.
