TJ Auto Supervisor Quality at relevant location.
Developing inspection methods, Training, Auditing, Reporting, Inspecting, testing and reworking parts in accordance to established procedures from Customer or O.E.M given engineering standards.
To record and document data in accordance with Work Instruction and direction of the shift supervisor.
Understanding customer’s quality system, training and auditing quality inspectors, evaluate Inspecting part, testing or rework Customer parts to given standards under direction of the TJ Auto location Supervisor and record data, identify parts and accept, reject, quarantine, and repack as necessary.
· Able to work with Minimum Supervision.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Inspection, rework parts per approved job instruction, output the report as instruction given.
· Generate detailed reports /studies on both variable and attribute data manually or electronically.
· Carry out measurement data under direction of the TJ Auto Supervisor.
· Charts Etc. for presentation to the Customer and TJ Auto Headquarters.
· Able to work flexible hours, must provide coverage to all shifts or reasonable overtime.
· Comply with required Health, safety, PPE, and security requirements.
· Minimum grade 8 or grade 12 High School Degree.
· Incumbent shall possess both good oral and written communication skills and can perform work under minimal supervision.
· Have ability to use simple Quality Control measuring equipment, such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, plug gauges, gauge blocks, Small check fixtures, Feeler gauges etc.
· Basic Knowledge of a PC, ability with training/ instructions to read and interpret the basic SPC data, Customer boundary standards,
O.E.M Boundary samples and drawings diagram.
· Ability to work to established TJ Auto and Customer approved procedures.
· Must pass required police and/or drug testing.
· Must pass colorblind testing.
· Must pass color acuity test with score of 90 minimum.
· 20 /20 vision correctable with spectacles
· Ability to handle workload in time established by TJ Auto.
· Accuracy of data and presentation of reports.
· Ability to work under own imitative with minimum supervision.
· Ability to work with others in a team spirt.
