Prior to PPAP we have many liaisons stationed all over the world that can be sent to review small prototype runs or engineering trial runs, plant trial runs on prototypes and provide clients with details reports, and communicate any issues that may arise through TJ's customer portal application. This saves our client travel costs, and associated man power.
